Anne ChristineCARROf Waltham, Grimsby, peacefully passed away surrounded by family at Greenwich Gardens, Derby
on 25th October 2025, aged 92.

Anne was the beloved wife of the late John (Frank) and a loving mum to Lesley and Liz and their families.

The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium in the Round Chapel on Thursday, 27th November 2025, at 2:00 pm.

At the family's request, family flowers only. Donations in Anne's memory are welcome and will go to support the work of Treetops Hospice.
You are thanked for your kindness.

Time to say goodbye to a lovely Nanna. I will miss your wicked sense of humour and that cheeky glint in your eye that stayed with you. Thank you for being a massive part of my childhood and for all those nights I snook up to the coach house to sit with you. Time to rest in peace , but make sure you give grandad some grief!

Anne passed away peacefully on the 25th October. She spent her last 3 years at an assisted living home - Greenwich Gardens - in Derby, where she was very happy.
The last 15 years of her life were not easy for her, with various issues, and she was unrecognisable from the lively woman she was previously.
Anne was a kind mother-in-law to me, and I will always be gratefull for the way she accepted me into the family.
